If there is something that characterizes the city of Torrevieja in addition to its pink waters and that are known worldwide as the salty lagoons of Torrevieja, it is its Sun. We have more than 300 days of sunshine a year and this house what surplus is exactly that. It is oriented to the West, so that on cool days the house is heated without the need to use the heating. On summer days you can use any of the 3 air conditioning machines available to stay cool. And if what you want is a good tan, you can get it both on the terrace and in the solarium. Also on the outside you have access to a storage room.
Inside we find on the ground floor 1 room to watch television, the dining room, the American kitchen with its pantry, a bedroom and the bathroom. And on the second floor we find two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and finally the solarium.
