How much money do I need to buy a home?
Getting 70% of the price of the home financed is relatively simple, or even 80% if it’s your first home, but it’s advisable for you to have available at least half of the cost of the home you want to buy. On top of an advance payment, you will have to take care of taxes and legal costs, which can come up to as much as 14% of the price of the home.
What happens if I can’t travel to visit the home I want?
No problem. We’ve developed an online selling method to help all those buyers that for one reason or another can’t visit the home they want. Every part of the process, from the visit that will be made through a video call or thanks to our virtual reality service, to the signing of documents, can be done remotely.
What are the costs associated to having a home in Torrevieja?
Once the home belongs to you, beside the electricity and water costs, you’ll have to pay the IBI annually, and the garbage tax every six months, as well as the community expenses, if any, and the home insurance, which is obligatory if your home has a mortgage.
